You can use our detox soak two ways:
1. In warm bath water add around two hefty spoons into the bath then soak.
2. Prepare a sitz add in 2 tablespoons be sure that the water isn't steaming hot!! Sit on top to directly soak and steam the area and enjoy!
Made with: Baking soda, Bentonite clay, Himalayan Epsom salt, ginger root powder, ACV (apple cider vinegar), tea tree essential oil, rose essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, mixed infused herbs 🍃 such as rosemary, calendula, and roses. *Herbs may vary*
